Cancellation Policy
All charter cancellations are required to be submitted to our administrative office via email by either the primary or the secondary departmental contact listed in section one on page two of the CSR Form that was submitted to schedule charter services. All cancellations must be received in our office by at least three business days prior to the scheduled date of service.
Information relating to all current cancellation rates and additional information can be found in the table below.
Cancellation rates are subject to change for all charters scheduled to take place at the start of the next fiscal year (October 1).

24 hours from the Date of Service | Applicable hourly rate per 28-seat bus scheduled to provide service, plus all applicable charges |
On the Scheduled Date of Service | Applicable hourly rate x three hour minimum per 28-seat bus scheduled to provide service, plus all other applicable charges |
Failure to Cancel Charter Service No Longer Needed | Applicable hourly rate x full scheduled charter time per number of 28-seat buses scheduled to provide service, plus all applicable charges |
