Charters at The Hotel at Auburn University
In order to ensure that the hotel doesn't have any events schedule that precludes our buses coming onto the property, any group scheduling charter services that are either departing from or returning to The Hotel at Auburn University is responsible for contacting the hotel to obtain permission for our buses to come onto the property. We require the requestor to forward the written approval received from the hotel to us via email.
Due to the configuration of the buses, we are required to stage the buses next to the pool. Additionally, the buses are only allowed to use the front entrance to enter and exit the hotel property and are not allowed to go to any other parts of the property.
