Transportation Services: Charter Rates & Charges

Charges for charter services are calculated at a flat hourly rate per bus. Each bus has 28 seats and enough standing room for approximately 15 additional passengers.

When scheduling services, we require a minimum of three hours for each block of time services are being provided. This is per bus. When a bus is scheduled to provide service that goes over the three hour minimum, each bus remaining in service is charged for that time in actual hours and minutes.

All billing begins 1/2 hour prior to when buses are scheduled to leave the terminal in order to arrive at the departure location by the designated spot time. Billing concludes 1/2 hour after each bus returns to the terminal. This is due to required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Saturday - Monday	Priority Processing Charge	N/A	$247.50 per charter request	The Priority Processing Charge (PPC) is a non-refundable charge that is applied to charter requests that are received in our administrative office less than 14 business days prior to the requested charter date. This rate is charged upon the approval of charter service and will be charged even if services are cancelled. This charge is in addition to all other rates and charges.
Sunday - Saturday	Administrative Processing Charge	N/A	$40	The Administrative Processing Charter is applied to each charter form received in our office.
Sunday - Saturday	Charter Change Charge	N/A	$87.50	Changes to the start and/or end times of more than 15 minutes that are received in our office less than seven calendar days before the first scheduled departure time will result in a late change charge and could result in the cancellation of the charter if supervisors, drivers or equipment are not available at the reqeusted dates and times. All changes to charters must be sent via email to the Transportation Services office.
Sunday - Saturday	Cleaning Charge	N/A	$100 Minimum	If the bus is exceptionally dirty when it returns from providing services for a group, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed and will appear on your invoice.
