Aspiring to Excellence
Congratulations to the first graduates of Aspire Auburn Leading People -- our new leadership development program for supervisors!
HR Development extends our gratitude to the 35 employees from all three governance groups (Faculty, Staff, and A&P) who volunteered their time over six weeks to pilot this program. Their valuable feedback has enhanced the learning experience for future cohorts.
Building on the success of the program launched in August, Leading People will be offered in spring 2025, featuring 10 in-person classes and one self-paced learning path in ElevatED. This six-week, cohort-based program will meet once a week for three hours.
IMPORTANT: The Aspire Auburn Leading People program is a free benefit for Auburn University supervisors. Enrollment will begin in the coming months for supervisors who manage full-time, part-time, temporary, and student workers.
