Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
In adherence with the requirements under Rule 4.2 of the CLE Commission code, Auburn University is permitted to sponsor CLE programs throughout the State of Alabama. AU programs will range from three to six hours and will also sponsor ethics presentations in order to ensure that attorneys receive their mandatory ethics hour.
Among traditional topics such as real estate and bankruptcy laws, AU will sponsor presentations that have to deal with current and relevant topics such as immigration law and health discrimination in the work place, with an emphasis on debilitating and terminal diseases.
It is AU's mission to provide attorneys with the best possible continuing legal education. Speakers will be attorneys from around the State that specialize in various areas of law and are well-known for their respective focuses.
After each CLE meeting or conference, questionnaires will be distributed to attendees that give us an opportunity to analyze the results of the presentations. The questionnaires will also act as a forum for attendees to address what topics they want to hear. We at AU are committed to ensuring that the demands of attorneys in regards to CLE topics are met so that AU will become the foremost CLE provider in Alabama.
We look forward to your attendance and participation and are excited to be able to bring this program to our attendees providing the best possible services.
