Guided Learning Community

The Biggio Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning is thrilled to announce the revival of the Preparing Future Faculty (PFF) Program to support AU Graduate students in preparing for the academic job search and a career in academia.

Selected participants will engage in meaningful discussions and activities that will prepare them for all levels of the academic job search and their first year as a new faculty member. Weekly, one-hour meetings will be led by faculty guest speakers from across the institution. This program is free and non-credit bearing. Successful completion of the one-semester program will be certified with a digital badge and official certificate endorsed by the Biggio Center.

Nominations for participants in the program are made by college leadership. Students who are not selected but would like to access the material are welcome to enroll in the online course outlined below.
