Testing Services FAQs

Biggio Testing Services is located in Biggin Hall, Second Floor, 112 South College Street, near Toomer’s Corner. It is not located in the Academic Classroom and Laboratory Complex.

Many students search for “Biggio Center” and are directed to the ACLC, where some Biggio Center units are located. Testing appointments are in Biggin Hall. Testing = Biggin Hall.

Students should use the scheduling instructions provided by Biggio Testing Services or their course/testing provider. The landing page should link directly to “How to Schedule/Reschedule an Exam.”

Students should bring a valid photo ID and any materials specifically allowed by the instructor or testing provider. Students should check exam instructions before arriving.

Unauthorized items may include phones, smart watches, bags, notes, books, calculators, food, drinks, or other materials not approved for the exam. Students should review the prohibited items page before arriving.

Faculty should review the faculty testing information, scheduling procedures, and exam setup requirements before submitting requests. Faculty can also contact Testing Services for guidance.

Yes. Testing Services provides information and support resources for virtual and live proctoring options, including SmarterProctoring and ProctorU.

For onsite testing, proctoring resource questions, or if you are unsure where to start, contact Biggio Testing Services at btctest@auburn.edu or 334-844-3151. For vendor-specific online proctoring issues, students and faculty should use the vendor’s support resources, especially for urgent after-hours issues.
