Scheduling an On-Site Appointment
On-site appointments are for 30 minutes and are available on Thursdays from 7:45 a.m.-4:15 p.m. at the University Human Resources building, located at 1550 E. Glenn Ave. To schedule an in-person appointment with a benefit enroller:

Visit the Benefit Enroller scheduling website.

Click “On Site Enrollment- Auburn University”.

Select your appointment date. *only available on Thursdays*

Under “Select Staff”, choose “Anyone”.

Select your appointment time. (Scroll in the time box to see available appointments from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.)

Scroll down and enter your name, email, and phone number.

Enter any additional notes.

Click “Book” to reserve your appointment.

Call center appointments are for 30 minutes and are available weekdays from 7:45 a.m.-4:15 p.m. To schedule a call center appointment with a benefit enroller:
