Benefit enrollers are available to help employees who have questions about Auburn's health plan options or would like assistance with online enrollment*. You can also call 833-203-4283 to schedule an appointment.
Scheduling an On-Site Appointment
On-site appointments are for 30 minutes and will be held at the University Human Resources building, located at 1550 E. Glenn Ave. They will be offered on the following dates:

To schedule an in-person appointment with a benefit enroller:

Visit the Benefit Enroller scheduling website.

Click “On Site Enrollment- Auburn University”.

Select your appointment date.

Under “Select Staff”, choose “Anyone”.

Select your appointment time. (Scroll in the time box to see available appointments from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.)

Scroll down and enter your name, email, and phone number.

Enter any additional notes.

Click “Book” to reserve your appointment.
Scheduling an Appointment with the Call Center
Call center appointments are for 30 minutes and are available weekdays from 7:45 a.m.-4:15 p.m. To schedule a call center appointment with a benefit enroller:

Visit the Benefit Enroller scheduling website.

Click “Call Center - Auburn University”.

Select your appointment date.

Under “Select Staff”, you may choose “Anyone”.

Select your appointment time. (Scroll in the time box to see available appointments from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.)

* Online enrollment begins on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, and continues until 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. 2024.
