Mental health coverage and substance abuse treatment are available to employees, dependents, and retirees who are covered under the Auburn Medical Plan.

While our EAP addresses everyday living problems, mental health benefits address clinical issues such as depression, anxiety, abuse, childhood trauma, substance abuse and other serious conditions. Uprise Health assists employees and families by identifying and working through conditions that may be a focus of clinical attention such as:

  • Adjustment disorder

  • ADD/ADHD

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Autism

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Impulse control disorders

  • Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders

  • Substance abuse disorders

Inpatient and Outpatient

  • Number of days determined by medical necessity

  • Co-pay same as medical plan

Transition of Care

For transition of care, Uprise Health offers one to three visits based on the intensity of services and the severity of the patient’s illness for those individuals currently receiving clinical behavioral healthcare treatment.

Establishing the Member Portal Account

Instructional Guide

  1. Go to https://members.ibhsolutions.com.

  2. Click Member Portals and select Sign In.

  3. Select “Don’t have an account? Register Now.”

  4. Enter your Last Name and Date of Birth and then click Next. (Each member accessing mental health/substance abuse services must have their own registration and login.)

  5. Select Health Plan from the drop-down menu and then click Next.

  6. You will then be asked to create and/or confirm the following information:

    • Username

    • Password

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Preferred contact method

    • Secret question and answer

    • Any additional notes (optional)

  7. After entering this information, click Register.

  8. Once you complete the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your request.

    • After your request is approved, you will receive another confirmation email.

    • As you log in, you will enter a new password.

    • You can log in to the member portal using your username and password.
