McLean & Company has shared the results of our campus employee engagement survey, conducted in November 2024. Over 2,500 employees participated, representing 42% of our full-time Faculty, Staff, and A&P employees.
This survey is part of our commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation where everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected, and engaged. We want to be transparent with our results and let you know that your input is valued and heard.
Auburn University scored 17 points higher than the educational services benchmark, a result we can all be proud of.

We excel in areas such as employee empowerment, company potential, and culture.

However, there are areas for improvement, including career advancement and development, department collaboration, and recognition.
Our senior leadership team has reviewed the executive summary data and will continue to explore ideas to address these areas. Potential initiatives include encouraging participation in leadership development programs, establishing focus groups for department collaboration, and providing more opportunities for employee recognition.
