Program Update

HR Development (HRD) is beginning the process of redesigning and enhancing the Supervisor Pathways program. As a result, program enrollment is paused until early 2024. IMPORTANT: This announcement does not affect current participants.

This redesign will help ensure that Auburn employees continue to receive an optimal developmental experience. If you are a current Pathways participant, the impact of this change will be minimal. You can still complete your Pathways journey. There is no change to your timeline (courses, Community of Practice, and project). You still have access to all the program’s resources.

If you are an AU employee who would like to participate in a future Pathways program, please register for one of the classes listed below. These classes will continue to be an integral part of the Pathways experience. You can access them through ElevatED, Auburn’s Employee Educator Center. The link to ElevatED is located on AU Access.

HRD appreciates your understanding and patience during this transitionary period. If you have additional questions or concerns, email hrpathways@auburn.edu.
