How Does It Work?

In line with our values and mission, we offer dynamic personal and professional development opportunities tailored to your department’s specific needs. Here's how we can support you:

  • Step 1 - Needs Assessment: Begin by completing our Needs Assessment Qualtrics survey. This helps us understand your specific training requirements.

  • Step 2 - In-Person Consultation: HRD will arrange an in-person consultation with you to discuss these needs in more detail and explore how we can best support your team.

  • Step 3 - TailorED Plan: Based on our assessment and consultation, we'll work with you to develop a plan tailored to your team’s needs, whether it's through existing courses and resources.
