Global Community Day Festival sponsored by Outreach Global (OG) Office

Global Community Day Festival is a day for bringing international and non-international communities together to learn and experience global culture, history, and related opportunities. The Covid-19 pandemic has taught the world that valuing and protecting diverse cultures is more crucial than ever. Outreach Global Office believes that uniting communities to experience diverse perceptives will enhance awareness and critical thinking about social issues such as cultural differences, customs, traditions, religion, politics and the world economy.

Outreach Global Office aims to:

  • Bring global experiences to domestic audiences
  • Help generate global cultural awareness and opportunities
  • Promote world cultures and historical perspectives
  • Enhance diversity, multicultural learning and understanding
  • Reinforce the importance of global engagement
  • Support Lee County, surrounding counties and Alabama as a whole in their respective economic growth
  • Engage businesses, community leaders, clubs, governmental agencies, groups, and trade organizations
  • Unite various international communities

Vendor and Food Truck Fees: $160
(This fee covers cost for participation in both the Kick-off and Main Event)

This includes:

  • 1 booth (10’x 10’)
  • Up to 3 attendees
  • Listing in the final program
  • Listed on the webpage dedicated to sponsor listing
  • Please note – no tents will be provided by Outreach Global. All vendors are responsible for bringing, setting up and dismantling of their tents.

Vendors interested in participating in only the Kick-off Event at the Jule Collins Smith Museum will pay $125 per booth.

Your vendor fee includes an identifying sign. A directory of vendors with booth locations will be listed on the Outreach website as well in the Global Community Day Festival program. To ensure the promotion of your organization in the Final Program, be sure to submit your vendor contract with payment on or before March 25, 2022.

Booth Assignments: A booth is assigned by the date of receiving the booth contract. To receive a prime location, we recommend that you return the exhibit contract with payment as soon as possible. Full payment of the exhibit fee must accompany the Exhibit Booth Contract; booth assignment will not be made until both the Exhibit Booth Contract and full payment have been received. Be sure to include your booth preference on the contract. Booth assignments will be sent to vendors by March 25, 2022.

Cancellation: Vendors who cancel their vendor reservation prior to March 25, 2022 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after March 25, 2022.

Payment: Vendors may pay by online by credit card. Check payments may be mailed or delivered and are being accepted on behalf of Outreach Global at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, Sunny Slope, 1031 S. College St., Auburn University, AL 36849 during the hours of 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday – Friday. Parking is available.

Vendor Agreement Form and Certificate of Insurance: If your company is a registered Auburn University Supplier (Vendor), you are not required to submit the Vendor Agreement Form and Certificate of Insurance for this event. However, all non-registered vendors will be required to complete the Vendor/Exhibitor/Third Party Entity Agreement Form and provide a Certificate of Insurance to Outreach Global on or before March 25, 2022.

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Global Community Day Festival!

Your organization’s role in this will be to showcase an aspect of what your organization does. This can be in the form of dance, music, poem, participation in our cultural fashion show or parade of flags, showing cultural games, and other activities.

To help us make appropriate reservations for your activity at the festival, we ask that you take a minute to fill this form. More information about the Global community Day Festival will be provided after registration.
