Leading People is designed for leaders serving as a supervisor of one or more team members. Over six weeks, supervisors will gain essentials skills for empowering, enabling, and developing others while focusing on the core values of Excellence, Integrity, and Respect as well as Aspire Auburn’s leadership principles for supervisors.
Through guided sessions and interactive discussions, supervisors will learn from and with their peers as we explore leadership concepts and best practices. Active participation and commitment to personal growth are essential for successful completion of this course.
