Campus units benefit from individualized training
To best serve our campus, Employee Records is providing individualized training on electronic personnel actional forms (EPAFs), HR Banner, and other related items.
In 2023, the Employee Records team participated in several dozen trainings to small groups and individuals, including:

Two Provost’s Office retreats

11 group trainings (These trainings were held in conjunction with Payroll.)

37 one-on-one trainings

1 departmental admin training
As an example, the College of Engineering recently hosted a training for office administrators and accountants where they discussed different scenarios with the Records team. This training was very valuable as it has helped the department become even more efficient and accurate when submitting EPAFs and other items.
